Space

The open layout features two bedrooms on opposite sides of the kitchen, ensuring privacy for families or couples. With two full bathrooms, a dining room, a welcoming living room, and a laundry room, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Unwind on the screened porch, complete with three-season retractable windows, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air.

Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably - our condo is perfect for your getaway. The master bedroom includes a luxurious queen-size bed, while the second bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle for extra sleeping space.

Cook with ease in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee pods, as well as basic condiments for your convenience. The bathrooms come prepared with all essentials, including towels, a hairdryer, and full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Stay entertained in the living room with a smart TV, offering Cable TV, streaming access to your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and more. We provide bath towels, bed linens, and extra quilts for your comfort, along with beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella for a fun day by the water.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Enjoy the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation!

Free parking in front of the building.

Notes

You don’t have to walk stairs up and down as the condo is on the 1st floor. The condo is also an end unit and offers privacy.

HouseRules

🏡 Treat this place like your grandma’s house—with love and respect (but no need to knit her a sweater).
🤫 Quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM —think of it as nap time for the walls.
🚭 No smoking inside—unless you want to spend your trip learning how to remove smoke odor.
🕺 No wild parties—we love a good dance, but the neighbors prefer their beauty sleep.
🚪 Lock up when you leave—because “Home Alone” was fun to watch, but not to live through.
🧳 Keep the hallways clear—as much as we'd love an obstacle course, let’s keep things trip-free for everyone!
🗑 No trash bag art installations in the hallway—take them straight to the dumpster, where they truly belong.

Pets! 🐾
🐶 Pets are welcome —but please, no tiger cubs or pet alligators.
💩 Pick up after your furry friend—stepping in surprises isn’t part of the Airbnb experience.
🛏 No pets on the furniture—we know they’re cute, but so is a clean couch.
🦴 Don’t leave them unattended—we’d hate for them to throw a house party while you’re out.
🐕 Keep them leashed in common areas—not everyone loves your pup as much as you do (hard to believe, we know).
🏊‍♂️ No pets in the pool—as adorable as doggy paddling is, let’s keep the pool fur-free.
🔇 No excessive barking—as much as we appreciate a good symphony, the neighbors might not be fans of the midnight remix.
