We’re so happy to have you! We don’t like too many rules, but a few simple ones help keep everyone (including our lovely neighbors) happy:

🏡 Treat this place like your grandma’s house—with love and respect (but no need to knit her a sweater).
🤫 Quiet hours are from 11PM - 7AM —think of it as nap time for the walls.
🚭 No smoking inside—unless you want to spend your trip learning how to remove smoke stains.
🕺 No wild parties—we love a good dance, but the neighbors prefer their beauty sleep.
🚪 Lock up when you leave—because “Home Alone” was fun to watch, but not to live through.
🗑 No trash bag art installations outside—take them straight to the dumpster, where they truly belong.

Pets! 🐾
🐶 Pets are welcome —but please, no tiger cubs or pet alligators.
💩 Pick up after your furry friend—stepping in surprises isn’t part of the Airbnb experience.
🛏 No pets on the furniture—we know they’re cute, but so is a clean couch.
🦴 Don’t leave them unattended—we’d hate for them to throw a house party while you’re out.
🐕 Keep them leashed in common areas—not everyone loves your pup as much as you do (hard to believe, we know).
